I’m a Boston-based product and operations leader, consultant, and app builder.

My eclectic career has spanned nonprofit software, public-service delivery, organizational change, and applied research. I spent the first five years of my career working with young people before moving into software. Since then, I’ve been a product manager at EveryAction / NGP VAN (now Bonterra), a Strategic Initiatives Manager in Mayor Wu’s office, and Boston’s Senior Director of Product for Licensing & Permitting. Along the way, I earned a master’s in policy and planning at Tufts.
Today, I do strategic operations and product consulting, and I’m building Justus, an AI fitness coach.

Unpack decisions, surface risks, and invite people to challenge the approach.
Use plans as living tools. Build, test, learn, and adjust rather than defending yesterday’s answer.
