# An extra pair of hands. A partner in the thinking.

I help mission-driven teams identify their next strategic steps to connect vision to implementation. This often looks like a combination of product and program development, organizational operating system design, and technology & AI decision-making.

No matter the contract arrangement, *I build capacity, not dependency.*

The goal is to leave you with more than a recommendation: a clearer direction, a way of working your team can sustain, or a tool people can actually use.

## Product/program strategy and delivery

Turn an ambitious goal into a clear direction and work that gets delivered.

I help teams understand a problem, identify strategic next steps, and shape the product or program that can move them forward. That can mean a public-facing service, an internal tool, or a new initiative. I work from discovery and prioritization through implementation and iteration.

- Discovery and problem definition
- Product or program vision and strategy
- Priorities, roadmaps, and delivery leadership

## Organizational operating systems

Build an organization that can carry the strategy forward.

I work with leaders on the ways their organizations set direction and get work done: how teams are structured, how people collaborate, who makes decisions, and how information moves. The work connects strategic planning to ownership, internal communication systems, and everyday working practices.

- Strategic planning and goal-setting
- Organizational structure, ownership, and collaboration
- Internal communication and continuous-improvement practices

## Technology/AI decision-making and implementation

Make thoughtful technology choices, then make them work in practice.

I help teams choose and implement technology and AI in support of their strategy, whether the goal is better internal operations or a better experience for the people they serve. The work can include evaluation, build-or-buy decisions, integrations, automation, and supporting adoption.

- Technology evaluation and build-or-buy decisions
- Internal systems, integrations, and automation
- AI implementation, evaluation, and adoption

## Ways I work

### A focused project

Usually six to ten weeks, with a defined challenge and a clear deliverable: a product strategy, a technology evaluation, or a working tool.

### A fractional leader

Usually three to six months as an embedded product, program, or operations partner who helps set priorities, leads delivery, and builds your team’s capacity.

### Ongoing advice

A thinking partner for leaders navigating organizational change, product decisions, or technology choices.
