## Drawn to hairy problems.

I’m a Boston-based product and operations leader, consultant, and app builder.

My eclectic career has spanned nonprofit software, public-service delivery, organizational change, and applied research. I spent the first five years of my career working with young people before moving into software. Since then, I’ve been a product manager at EveryAction / NGP VAN (now Bonterra), a Strategic Initiatives Manager in Mayor Wu’s office, and Boston’s Senior Director of Product for Licensing & Permitting. Along the way, I earned a master’s in policy and planning at Tufts.

Today, I do strategic operations and product consulting, and I’m building Justus, an AI fitness coach.

## I bring a beginner’s mind and determined optimism.

### Start with the actual problem

Listen to the people doing the work. Look for the assumptions and constraints underneath the first request.

### Make the thinking visible

Unpack decisions, surface risks, and invite people to challenge the approach.

### Keep learning while doing

Use plans as living tools. Build, test, learn, and adjust rather than defending yesterday’s answer.
